I just realised something today.. I resolve to be HEALTHIER! Not lose weight, not become skinnier but to become healthier! What's the point of being skinny if you look like some shadow of your former self? And I'm not gonna complain about my body anymore!
New Year's resolutions(Yes I realise it's not New Year's but there's no better context to set this in lol):
1) To become healthier by exercising more.
2) Not complain about my body anymore.
3) Look at the nice(?)(lol) parts about my body and ignore the bad ones.
4) Promote a nice body image
Think I can make it?
