Ugh there are times when I wish I had a nutritionist 24/7.. And a personal trainer wouldn't hurt either.
I'm not that hungry but should I eat a little more to keep my metabolism up? I've had less than 1000 cals.. Seriously if you have an ANSWER I WILL KISS YOU.
